How to Fix “Verification Required” Message in iOS 11
To get rid of the issue, you have to change the payment method. You can go for a valid payment method or choose “none” to not associate any payment details with an Apple ID and App Store.
You may not be able to select None option, if there is payment due or Family Sharing Option is enabled on your device. (Open Settings app on your iOS device → Name → Family Sharing → tap [your name] → tap Leave Family.) Step #1. Launch Settings app on your iPhone → Tap on iTunes & Stores.

How to Change Apple App Store Change Payment Information in iTunes
Step #1. Launch iTunes on your computer → Click on Account in the Top navigation menu → Click on your View My Account.
